Our Client, a major housebuilder, needed to generate a natural landscape buffer between a new development and a neighbouring rural area. Helmrig used experience working with ecological and planning constraints to deliver a scheme that met the requirements of the local authority, developer and local residents.
Overgrown bramble and weeds were cleared, trees pruned, dead trees removed and the area cultivated before planting over 100m of new native hedging, native trees and shrubs to create a natural wildlife and landscape buffer.
