Helmrig have completed the landscaping for the latest development at Sandpiper Grange in Cottam, Preston as part of a design and build project for Rowland’s latest show homes.
Using an allocated budget, Helmrig attended the site and produced a design that would utilise the generous green space and sourced and installed plants that would compliment the area’s natural landscape. The development was designed to provide large outdoor areas that are ideal for families looking for easy-to-maintain outdoor spaces.
Located five miles from the centre of Preston, Sandpiper Grange is set in the scenic village of Cottam in the heart of Lancashire.
