- Our Client, a major housebuilder, needed to create a public open space on an area of environmentally sensitive land
- A woodland area was cleared, roots removed and the ground “mulched”. The area was then prepared, rotavated and seeded to create a grass “kick about” area. Once complete, the client installed play equipment.
- Gravel footpaths and knee-rail fencing was also installed by Helmrig
